This multipurpose basket is a great introductory project.  Measuring 4.25”w x 6.25”h, it can be used alone or will hold a pint size Mason jar. Just the right size for holding your buttons, crochet hooks or notions. Starting with a wooden slotted base, participants will learn how to insert the spokes, twine around the base before weaving the sides in an under 2, over 2 twill pattern.  How to rim and lash the basket will be demonstrated as well.
